About us

Amin General Store is a retailer of imported goods and cosmetics based at Allama Iqbal Chowk, Sialkot, Pakistan, trading since 1962.

Products

We sell only original, genuine imported products. Product images are provided by the brand or photographed by us and are intended to represent the item accurately, though packaging and formulation may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you.

Prices

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details provided.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full when your order is delivered.

Delivery

Delivery is free within Sialkot. A charge applies elsewhere in Pakistan and is shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes given are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information, and to use this website lawfully. Please read product labels, ingredients and directions before use, particularly if you have any known sensitivity or allergy.

Intellectual property

The Amin General Store name, logo and website content belong to us. Brand names and trademarks of the products we stock belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying genuine products in the condition described. We are not liable for a reaction or outcome arising from use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
